Good Chow Chow Breeder close to New York?

I'm looking to adopt a chow chow puppy. I'm looking for rough coat. I was wondering if anyone knew of one in New York (Preferably near Oneonta/Binghamton, NY. I'm about an hour from Cooperstown) I'm willing to go as far as Connecticut, (About a 4-6 hour ride, so a trip about that long or less). I've been having trouble finding breeders in New York and I need help. I need a male pup so I'm not sure if that matters but I just need to know a breeder. (I have a mutt and a german shepherd, both females so I need a male) Thanks! Also I'm looking for a somewhat cheapish chow pup but not so cheap that it will be horrible quality. Maybe 500-800 dollars.
