I think I might have bumped into a hebephile?

He looked old enough to be my dad. Anyway, I was walking my dog at the park like I usually do everyday. Then this man came up to me and started asking questions about my dog such as: his breed, name and gender. It's quite normal for people to ask about my dog because he's a mutt. Then he asked for my name and email so of course, I gave him a fake name and a fake email. Then he asked me "how come i never see you around? You've been hiding, huh?" I slowly backed away and continued walking and he shouted, "will you wait for me 3 years?" and i kept walking faster, dragging my dog with me. What do i do if he sees me again and tries to talk to me? I am only 16
