If somone invites a murderer into their home do they get a lesser sentence?

My next door neighbours wife whose husbands a cop blogs about their whole life. Like home renovations, pictures of every room in the house, how far along pregnant she is, their two mutts, trips they go on, his and her side of the family, where she came from, their wedding, where they had it, she posts pics of her husband and puts his name up and where he works and what he does for a living. and she makes it public on the internet…. I already know their whole house inside out.. Their daily schedule without even going inside or talking to them… eventhough I could probably get away with it….. do you think 1 year in jail and the rest of the jail time would go to his wife sounds decent?
