Can my dog be pregnant?

i have a female mutt, and she does not want to eat anything. i have tried to give her the normal dog food and she does not want to. shes not even 1 year old, and my other male dog is always trying to mouth her. ever since she was a puppy she has always wanted to eat, but this is not normal, she always wants to eat,.. what can i do?
