Cymbalta wythdrawls while pregnant please help. my doctor dont have a clue!?

ive been on 120 mlg of cymbalta for nerve damage and deppression, then when i found out i am pregnant she dropped it to 60 even that was giving me withdrawls, 2 weeks later she dropped it to 30 and i am getting confussion suicidal thoughts and brain zaps, she wants me to completely stop taking it now that it soooooo not possible i withdraed before from these pills when i ran out and anyone who dealth with this knows that coming off 30 mlg cold turkey is not possible. please help and tell me your stories. i am now 10 weeks pregnant and i know if i stop cold turkey i will probably miscarriage.
