Epicanthal fold in caucasians?

I also have somewhat "asiatic" eyes, and I don't have any non-European ancestry as far as I know. I know some people with this trait, as well. I heard it is relatively common among Northern Europeans, and doesn't necessarily mean any non-European ancestry (I'm from southern Europe).
