How do I convince my parents to Let me pierce my lip?

Im 16 && i have Plugs, my Monroe && a 16g Twister in my Cartilage. I had to beg and beg for years until one day my mom finally said lets go, not thinking i would actually go through with it. Only thing i can say is aggrevate the hell out of them until they let. Were young, nows the time to express ourselves.
