How to get into mlg ore get better at cod black ops sniping?

im pretty good at cod i wanna learn how to snipe like really good just **** on kids and my family is pretty close from being homeless so i need to figure something out fast and i hear they get paid for gaming and thats wat im best at so any tips on sniping or how to get into mlg and how to just pwn people plz help i will be very very thankful plz help!!
