I have a question and need help with gamebattles mlg?

Ok so i'm leader of a pretty big clan so i made a xbox gamertag to hold the gamertags of all my gamebattles members. Problem is some of those people either don't have computers or the site isn't letting them register. So I wanted to know if they are on record of being in my gamebattles division but not on gamebattle.com can they still compete. I have a website for them and everything saying who is our gamebattles team. I don't know what to do and gamebattles isn't answering me. I have 5 squads so if those people who can't register aren't allowed to compete then my team can't do anything. Please help
