So I have a question about my ethnicity?

ok so I'm mexican, but here is the kicker when I was born i was born with blue eyes, dark curly hair and white skin complection. Throughout the years my appearence has changed now i have light brown hair and hazel eyes, also my younger bro was born with blue gray eyes, so I know for a fact I'm not all 100 % mexican, so what ethnicity would I be if I was born with all those certain features, I have been wondering this my entire life? I know I'm a mutt lol thanks nothing rude. :)
