When does PS3 get the May Black ops sniper patch?

While psn was down the xbox360 got a sniper patch that reduces the sway by a lot and makes the hit detection better, a long with it they added some new playlists that I believe are called the MLG playlists and they got the new map pack. What I'm wondering is, will the patch and playlist come out when the map pack comes out for ps3?
